Sea Salt
The Sea Salt of Senegal (West Africa) is naturally rich in magnesium, potassium, sodium, calcium, iron and manganese, trace elements and minerals essential for our body. 100% natural salt from Senegal has not undergone any chemical transformation.
Sea salt is salt produced the evaporation of seawater. Crystallized by the effect of the sun and wind into grains, the sea salt is collected by a mechanical system that does not alter its raw nature and chemical composition.
Depending on its granulometry, sea salt can be classified in different categories : Coarse/Semi-Coarse/Fine Sea Salts
COARSE SEA SALT
(FATICK standard type)
FATICK standard type coarse sea salt is directly coming from the extraction area, it has only undergone a washing process. It is not only the biggest-sized sea salt, but also the most natural one. Its physico-chemical characteristics are determined according to its technical data sheet.
